If you require assistance with your property and need a reliable, cost-effective and experienced solution then we can make our team available to you as a non Harla member. We will discuss the property and the works required with you and provide an estimate of the costs for you before attending. This means allocating the right member of our team for the job, to ensure you get the most effective and affordable resolution. We are digital-first to help save costs, so we will request pictures from you to ascertain and help understand your needs before attending.

Emergency support (Harla Members)

We do not provide emergency call out support to non-members. This service and our direct phone line to our maintenance team is reserved for Harla members and their tenants so we can deliver the highest quality service to everyone we provide property support to.

Property consultation and strategy (Harla Partners)

If you have larger scale projects you require partnership support with we are happy to discuss our partnership services. We deliver bespoke private packages of support to landlords and asset managers. This can include establishing and operating commercial property, managing short-term lettings, and facilities management.
