Harla means renewal, a new dawn or new beginnings. It is an Old English name derived from Kirkharle and Little Harle in Northumberland — the ideal name for a company committed to changing the broken and archaic property sector.
We are a dedicated team of property operators and engineers, all landlords ourselves, based in London. Between us we've managed several thousand units across the UK and we have built our own tools and software, the ones we always wished landlords and agencies had.

Harla Landlords receive professional maintenance and tenant services, whilst our full management service is completely scalable. From individual properties to block management.
